Classes – Every Friday at Sumners Leisure centre location

- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- £10 per session (pay as you go)

All abilities are welcome to join our fun and friendly sessions! Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, we’ve got something for you.

Sessions can be structured or unstructured, depending on what you’re looking for, and a qualified coach is always present to support and guide you.
