Rhythmic Gymnastics is a discipline performed by women and combines grace, coordination, agility and artistry. It is performed to music with the gymnast using apparatus: rope, ball, hoop, clubs or ribbon.
It is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, theatrical dance and apparatus manipulation. The gymnast must peform great leaps, balances, pivots, flexibility in combination with appartatus handling. The aim of the sport is to perform a flawless routine, showing the mastery of the apparatus and flexibility of the body, telling a story with artisry of the music.
Harlow Gymnastics Club is starting a Rythmic Gymnastics Team led by former National Gymnast Jenny Craigie.
Sessions are on Tuesdays:

Over 8 Years 18:00 - 19:30
